BEAT is pleased to announce our newest program beginning in August. The BEAT Multi-Directional Speed, Agility & Explosive Training program is for athletes ages 7-18. The program will begin on Tuesday, September 1st and end on Thursday, October 8th.

The Multi-Directional Speed, Agility, & Explosive training program features a large variety of performance lifts, agility exercises, explosive training methodologies, and flexibility exercises. Each training session is coached by a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. Each training group is divided into either a M/TH group or a T/TH group. All training sessions will take place at our BEAT MASON/Courts4Sports location.

This program is perfect for those just starting in ground-based movement sports or for those looking to enhance their skills.  The program utilizes small group training for many facets of the actual training, so you will always have someone by your side to encourage you.
