Dr. Patrick Baker, BEAT Physician
Dr. Patrick Baker is an Ohio native and twin brother of Dr. Paul Baker. He has been practicing chiropractic since 1993 and believes strongly in a whole body approach to a person’s health.  In his role as a trainer for BEAT, Dr. Patrick combines a broad range of knowledge with his caring approach, helping each individual accomplish his or her highest goal.

Both doctors are forerunners in helping others achieve optimal health and rehabilitation. They are recognized for their long list of impressive success stories over the years, repeatedly succeeding where others have failed.On a national level, both doctors lecture on the benefits of strength and conditioning training, chiropractic care, nutrition, weight loss plans, sports injuries and fibromyalgia.

Dr. Paul Baker, BEAT Physician
Dr. Paul Baker is completely committed to helping others improve their lives, one person at a time.  He and his brother, Dr. Patrick Baker, share a philosophy of educating and assisting others reach a better quality of life. BEAT is critical component to that commitment.

Dr. Paul’s extensive background includes 8 years of college with a degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic and over 500 hours of continuing education in physical therapy, sports injuries, nutrition, permanent spinal impairment ratings and whiplash.With BEAT, Dr. Paul is able to personally oversee professionals and lay people alike achieve phenomenal performance results at all levels.

Deborah Whiteside RD, LD
Debbie graduated from U.C. with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Cum Laude Honors. She completed her internship at Good Samaritan Hospital, Cincinnati. She has been a registered dietitian (RD) for 15 years which requires an initial test and then yearly continuing education credits to maintain the standards of the American Dietetics Association and is currently licensed to practice in Ohio.

Her career has included working closely with a network of physicians providing consultations on weight loss and disease management. She managed the staff dietitians and provided educational programs for community, school, senior citizens and prenatal/infant/child nutrition.

Barb Swanson, Franchise Operations Manager
Barb graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science. Prior to attending ISU, she played on the women's basketball team for Southwestern Community College in Creston, Iowa and Hannibal La-Grange in Hannibal, Missouri. In high school she played Volleyball, Basketball, Softball and Golf.

She moved to Cincinnati in July of 2004 to begin working for and managing Body Mechanics Rx, a sports wellness and beauty company owned by a member of the Cincinnati Bengals. Barb has also completed a 6 month internship at the professional training facility, Athletes' Performance in Tempe, Arizona. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer as well as American Council on Exercise certified Personal Trainer. Barb also has 3+ years experience in sales, fitness sales and being a professional assistant to a high-profile individual.

Jennifer Cutter, Advertising Consultant
Attended Bowling Green State University for a career in Radio, Television and Broadcast
Jennifer has 17 years sales and marketing experience, and is currently President of New Visions Marketing. Jennifer sang professionally from age of thirteen and was honored to do the National Anthem for the Cincinnati Bengal’s games in 1997, 1998 and 1999, as well as many of the Reds games. She now concentrates her many talents on buying advertising and researching new opportunities for the continuous growth of Baker Chiropractic and BEAT. She is a part-time Permanent Makeup artist and a committed client to BEAT’s doctor-driven program.

Lisa Hillman, Accounting/Purchasing

Lisa graduated from U.C. in 1999 with Summa Cum Laude honors and received her CPA certification in 2001. She has 18 years of accounting and human resources experience including and financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, administration of 401k plans, healthcare plans and insurance claims resolution.

Linda Lee, Call Center Specialist

Linda answers the 621-BEAT line and the appointment line scheduling both consultations for new clients and training sessions for existing clients. Linda has over 18 years of sales, financial and administrative experience in the automotive and office products areas to enhance the effectiveness of the BEAT Marketing Team.

Having worked as a paralegal for over 15 years, she became a BEAT client in 2005 and after nearly a year of training, went through the rigorous preparation to earn her National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer certification. She has over 3,000 hours of personal training experience, and is CPR and First Aid Certified by the American Red Cross. She is highly qualified and fiercely committed to helping clients of all levels meet their health and fitness goals.

Fran now conducts consultations with BEAT prospects helping them to understand BEAT’s training, nutrition and dietary guidelines while customizing a training program to meet their individual objectives.

Jason Harbin, Trainer
Jason graduated Cum Laude from Mount Union College with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. He was pursuing a Masters Degree in Sports Administration from Kent State University while working as a strength coach who oversaw the training of the baseball, softball, and women's soccer teams while assisting with football until joining the BEAT staff. Jason has worked with many professional athletes and also has previous experience as a trainer in the private sector helping people reach their goals. While in college Jason played football and was a member of the 2005 Division 3 National Championship team. Helping his clients reach their goals helps motivate Jason in his powerlifting career where he has totaled elite at 22 years old drug free. Jason is also certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Marcus Creaturo is currently the Head Trainer at BEAT in Dublin, OH. He enjoys servicing adults, athletes and teens from any fitness level.
