A Comprehensive, Scientific, Analytical and Unique Approach to Weight Loss and Personal Training Programs

It’s critical to the success of your weight loss and training program to understand where you need to begin and to make sure you stay on track. Your health, safety and achievements depend on it. BEAT weight loss and training programs use a series of tests and analysis administered by a BEAT trainer and the BEAT Laboratories to provide you and the BEAT team with this vital information. Our approach is comprehensive and scientific. You won’t find another weight loss or personal training program that takes this approach nor will you find a weight loss or personal training program that delivers results like BEAT.

Testing and Analysis Conducted by BEAT Laboratories

You need to understand where you have been and where you are at in order to determine where you need to go. The BEAT Laboratory Facilities are an important resource for you and your BEAT team throughout your weight loss or training program. Your lab results provide essential information about you and how your customized weight loss program or personal training program needs to be developed, implemented and modified along the way. The following is an overview of the analysis you will receive from the BEAT Laboratories:

Nutritional Evaluation: A complete nutritional evaluation will be conducted to determine the current status of your body’s systems. The results of this evaluation will be used to develop a list of improvement recommendations for you to follow.

Urinalysis: Urinalysis testing and results tell us your risk for digestive disorders, toxicities and evaluates your level of free radical activity. Free radicals play an important role in health and disease. Damage from free radicals has been linked to such things as cancer, pre-mature aging and other degenerative conditions. Urinalysis also assesses your immune function, calcium levels, tracks your adrenal functions and appraises your risk for diabetes.

Blood Analysis: We evaluate total cholesterol, High Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Cholesterol/HDL ratios, Triglycerides, Low Density Lipoproteins (LDL), plasma blood glucose and ALT (GPT) levels. The examination of your living blood cells provides valuable information about the condition of your cardiovascular system, immune system, digestive system, liver and gland function, bacteria, fungus, parasites, toxins and stress.

Adrenal Sufficiency Test: Measures the systolic blood pressure in two different positions to identify if the adrenal gland is fatigued, which is associated with the intake of foods, drinks or supplements containing stimulants such as MaHuang, Guarana, alcohol, caffeine, refined sugar, and white flour.

Free Radical Test: Free radicals are formed with almost every biochemical reaction in the body. Damage from free radicals can lead to cellular degeneration that may result in allergies, arthritis, and fatigue and can eventually contribute to the onset of cancer.

Vitamin C Test: Measures the presence of Vitamin C, which is crucial to the health of the immune system; in the formation of connective tissue; is essential for the cardiovascular system; and is a very powerful antioxidant.

Calcium Test: Calcium is essential for many cellular functions including blood coagulation, bone and teeth rigidity, acid-base balance, lactation activating enzymes and for the function of nerves and muscles.

Urine 10 Chem Strip: A strip is used with 10 different sections to imbalances that may indicate health problems. The sections include pH; the presence of blood, liver and kidney imbalances; and the presence of white blood cells.

OxiData: A urine test that measures released aldehydes from free radical oxidized lipids and uses a color-coded chart to indicate your level of free radicals. It tests the end of the polyunsaturated fat chain where activity is much more concentrated, providing a more accurate representation of cell damage.
