The BEAT Sled - Unlike a treadmill, the BEAT Sled combines the best of aerobic and strength exercises into one machine. It is self-propelled and completely non-impact, so it doesn’t hurt your knees, hips, back or feet. It simultaneously builds strength, stamina and endurance because you are using your own force to move it.
The BEAT Glute Ham Raise - The Glute Ham Raise is a top-of-the-line piece of equipment that allows close, medium or wide stances to build muscles in your buttocks, hamstrings and calves. You start in a 90° position and stretch your legs to 180°, then drive your toes down to bring your back up to a 90° position. This does more than a leg curl could ever do, working all three muscles in the back of the leg at once.
The BEAT Reverse Hyper Extension - The Reverse Hyper Extension safely builds amazing strength in the upper and lower back. Most back exercises force you to be in a vertical plane, which actually compresses your spine.
