Whether a collegiate athlete or someone looking to age with health and vigor, Brett teaches how proper alignment and movement leads to excellence. With a broad range of experience including work as a physical therapy technician, Brett employs a holistic approach to training that promotes mobility, strength, speed, and injury prevention. Approachable and focused, Brett will guide you to set long and short-term goals, and will train and support you in each step of your journey.

 

CREDENTIALS

  • B.S. Health Education: Exercise & Fitness

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)

  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach (PN1)

  • Developed and executed training for Springboro High School Men’s Soccer Summer Program

  • Developed and led Movement for Mobility a program for 50- 75 year-olds.

  • Experience training soccer, baseball, lacrosse, and football athletes.
